Question number two is not fully answered, it is important to know sex of your character so we see will it be brother or sister, if I remember correctly it was female.

Your OOC application says you must wait till 13.11.2010. before making IC application, I will hold my approval till that day, but I have no doubt it will be approved - you showed good interest in this Legion and you started with donating, you have been added to legion roster.
