My little experiment. Not for pussiez ^^

Hello, I wanted to make a small experiment with brainwaves stimulating sounds about which i read at one iteresting site. These sounds are affecting your brain and giving different effects yo different pplz which i can't describe because there is a lot of such effects. I tested it already, but I want those who are interested to test it too and share your expirience and opinion here.

Ok. There's some info 'bout it :
-almost every of this sounds have 30 mins
-they don't work every time
-they don't work at every person
-the effect don't match the description everytime ( every person can have different effect )

How to increase your "Succes Rate"?
Here some advices and requirements:
-firstly, the sound can be listened only with headphones, couse you can't hear anything else and you must focus only at this sound
-secondly, make sure that noone will distrupt your session, it's important to listen it without breaks
-you must listen whole sound, from beggining till end, every second is important
-you must lay on the bed and relax with closed eyes when listening (no stress )
-don't think about anything, just focus on sound and feel it
-it's good to put something on your eyes to make perfect, deep darkness ( light is very distrupting )
-it is also good to reduce your movement ( less moves, higher focus)
